The site presents RaceBase and allows you to request a demo. The user agrees to use the site in a lawful, proper way consistent with its informational purpose.

It is forbidden to submit false, abusive, unlawful content, content harmful to third-party rights or technically damaging content via the demo form.

Submitting the demo form does not entail the automatic conclusion of a contract, nor does it guarantee activation of the service.

RaceBase may contact the requester to better understand operational needs, the size of the ski club and the modalities of a possible presentation.

Information published on the site has a descriptive purpose and may be updated. Actual features, availability and configurations may depend on the plan, setup and applicable agreements.

The site does not contain binding public price lists; any commercial conditions are defined case by case.

Trademarks, logos, texts, images, demo interfaces and content of the site belong to RaceBase or their respective owners and cannot be copied or reused without authorisation.

The site is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended or updated. RaceBase takes reasonable measures to keep it available, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors.

To the extent permitted by law, RaceBase is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the public site.
