When you submit a demo request we process name, email, ski club name, phone, role and message, plus technical data such as IP address and user agent necessary for security and abuse prevention.

During browsing, ordinary technical connection data may be processed through the hosting and infrastructure services used to deliver the site.

We use the demo form data to reply to the request, organise a presentation and manage pre-contractual activities requested by the user.

We use technical data and logs for security, service continuity, spam prevention and protection of the site, on the basis of legitimate interest.

Any follow-up communications are limited to the context of the request received, unless a different consent or contractual relationship is in place.

Data may be processed by technical vendors involved in delivering the site and the demo request, including Vercel for frontend hosting, Render for backend/API and Resend for email delivery.

Data is not sold to third parties and is not used for advertising profiling from the public website.

Demo request data is retained for the time required to manage the request and any pre-contractual or commercial relationship, subject to legal obligations or the need to protect rights.

Technical logs are retained for limited periods defined by infrastructure vendors and security requirements.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of the data in the cases provided by GDPR by writing to support@racebase.it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
